online sessions
Sessions conducted online are subject to the same professional and ethical standards as in-person therapy. You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure, and interruption-free environment on your side during online sessions.
Burn Clean Therapy cannot be held responsible for technical issues outside of its control.
Information regarding current fees is available on the relevant pages of this website. Payment is required for services booked through Burn Clean Therapy and must be made in accordance with the payment arrangements provided at the time of booking.
Fees may be reviewed and updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated where applicable and will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed.
Fees & Payment
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The full session fee will be applied for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Burn Clean Therapy is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please contact one of the following services rather than waiting for an appointment:
